Full Bio

For years, I battled childhood obesity, chronic illness, and depression. Asthma made it hard to breathe, and the weight of my struggles made it even harder to find joy. In 2010, I hit rock bottom—a suicide attempt during a drug-induced psychosis left me unconscious, hanging by a thread.

But my time wasn’t up.

Through deep inner work, therapy, and relentless self-mastery, I rebuilt my mind and body from the ground up. I realized that my nervous system held the key - my asthma was aggravated by poor breathing mechanics, and my mental state was shaped by my physiology. When I learned to regulate my breath, everything changed. I reversed my chronic asthma, got off medication, and discovered how breathwork could unlock focus, resilience, and flow.

Fueled by this transformation, I became obsessed with human optimization and breaking generational cycles. I trained under world-class experts, becoming a:
